Vance Mendelkow

Vance Hugh Mendelkow passed away August 29th 2017.



Vance was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on December 5th 1959. Vance was raised in Payson, Utah on west mountain by his parents Bonnie and Drom Rassmensen. Vance was surround by family in his last moments of life here on earth. Vance suffered lots of health issues although that did not stop him when it came to working. He did what he needed to do to support his beautiful family, he worked super hard. Many will agree Vance was as stubborn as they come right up till his last breath here on earth.



Vance was greeted by his parents, Father and mother in law, his baby boy Dustin Vance Mendelkow, grandson Kayson Anthony Colucci, as well as many family members and friends that left this earth to early as well. Vance was survived by his beautiful wife Dawn Marie Mendelkow (Springville) sons- samuel Tony Mendelkow (Provo, Utah) Tyler Sadlier (Vernal, Utah) Jeremy (Traci) Shields (Smithfield, Utah) Ryan (Destiny) Colucci (Springville, Utah), Travis Butler (Nephi,Utah) daughters - Bridget Mae Scott/Mendelkow (Payson Utah) Brandy Ann Mendelkow (Provo Utah) Tasha (Winston) Max/Mendelkow (Provo Utah) Karen Dee Mendelkow( Springville). As well as nieces, nephews, grandkids and many other family and friends who loved him dearly. Vance made a great impact on many people who will be forever grateful to known him.



There will be a service on Saturday September 9th 2017 at The LDS church located at 400 East 800 South, Springville Utah at 11:00 a.m, following the services there will be a small luncheon at 12:30pm located at the same place. We ask for family and friends to bring a ballon to realse in remembrance of such a wonderful man who we loved dearly.
