Teresa Hill

Santaquin

Our beloved Teresa Lechtenberg Hill has passed away at the age of 65.  She resided in Santaquin, Utah. Teresa passed away by natural causes on May 27, 2024,  in her home surrounded by family and loved ones, she didn’t feel any pain.

Teresa was born on November 22, 1958 in Caldwell, Idaho under the loving care of Donna Stolworthy and Alvin K. Lechtenberg.   She spent 42 years of marriage with Edes Richard Hill and he was by her side throughout her whole life.  She was able to live in Salt Lake City, Utah; Fort Worth, Texas; and Santaquin, Utah.

Teresa spent one year at Ricks College in Idaho and after having children, she decided to devote her life to her family and be a full time homemaker.  She took great pride in the care she provided for her family.

Teresa is a stalwart member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, she has held many positions in the church and fulfilled each of them with grace and diligence.  She was the most happy when she was close to her family.  She also enjoyed going to the movies, going on trips, and creating memories.

Teresa left behind her loving husband Edes Richard Hill, her two daughters Natalie Coody (Neil) and Stephanie Waters (Jeremy)  and her son, Joshua Hill.  She is also a proud grandmother to 7 grandchildren: Faith Coody, Samuel Coody, Ethan Coody, Madelynn Coody, Teddie Sue Waters, Leo Waters, and Bevin Waters.  She is also a beloved sister to Lloyd Lechtenberg (Leann), Larry Letchenberg, Eldon Lechtenberg (Terri), and Camille Ward (Allen). In her last days, she was able to see many family and loved ones who could visit.
