Stephen Myron Bagley, age 73, from Provo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer on the morning of July 8, 2017 at his daughter's home in Salem.
Stephen was born May 17, 1944 to Dan and Claire Bagley of Springville. He graduated from Springville High School. At the age of 21 he was drafted in the Vietnam War and was stationed in Hamburg, Germany from 1965 - 1967. While in the Army he was trained to be a sharp shooter and medic.
Stephen married Colleen Lowery on May 22, 1970. Together they had 5 children, but later divorced. Stephen loved his children and his grandchildren. He also had a great love for the outdoors and camping. Even sitting on the porch brought joy to his life.
Stephen loved to listen and talk about music and share stories about growing up. He also loved to watch movies with his kids, especially the grandkids.
Stephen is survived by his children, Shannon (Mike) Wood of Salem, Melissa Bagley of Spanish Fork, Jennifer (Danny) Bernhardt of Salem, Mike (Tana) Bagley of Mapleton, and Chris (Haylee) Bagley of Springville. Also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 2 Step-Grandchildren, 2 Great-Grandchildren and Brother Dan (Nancy) Bagley of Mapleton.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his Sister Annette.

We will have a graveside service at 10a.m. on July 17, 2017 at Springville City Cemetery. Afterwards we will head up Springville Canyon for a luncheon.
