Sharon Lomax Hansen, 73, passed away December 11, 2015 in Provo, UT with her daughters by her side.
Sharon was born August 23, 1942 to Elmo William and DeOn Bills Lomax in Ogden, UT.
She graduated from Davis High School in 1960, and then graduated from cosmetology school in 1963.
Sharon worked for many years as a cosmetologist. She also worked as a lunch lady for Nebo School District for 13 years before retiring.
She was an active and faithful member of the LDS church. In 1969 she served a full time mission in the Pacific Northwest Mission. Her interests included sewing, crocheting, and traveling.
Sharon married Richard T. Hansen February 1, 1974 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They were blessed with two daughters.
She is survived by her daughters, Shauna Hansen of Spanish Fork, and Kathy (Eric) Warner of Spanish Fork, as well as three grandchildren, Jaxson, Addison, and Camden. She is also survived by three brothers, David (Sharleen) Lomax, Kenneth (Laile) Lomax, Larry (Pam) Lomax, and one sister Kaylynn Hover. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, and her brother Howard Lomax.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at the Spanish Fork 17th Ward, 1552 East 750 South, Spanish Fork, UT.
