Shanda Pitman

Shanda Marie Pace Pitman, our wonderful wife, mother, daughter,sister, and friend, completed her mortal mission and returned to her Heavenly Father on April 15th, 2016 after a long and hard but very courageous battle with colorectal cancer.



Shanda was born in Provo, UT on November 1st, 1977 to Paul and Judy Pace. She was married to her wonderful husband and exceptional care giver Matthew F. Pitman on November 11th, 2007. Shanda is the loving mother of sons Jadon American Fork, Jhulien Student at USU, and daughter Aysia Springville. Brothers Brad (Becky) Spanish Fork, Brody (Kris) Springville, Kyler Springville and Sister Marinda (Kory) Springville.



Shanda was a very happy person who was loved by all that knew her. She is best described as "Our Ray of Sunshine". We are saddened by her parting but are truly grateful for the knowledge that she now has a greater calling and is free from pain.



We will be having a viewing and luncheon on Tuesday April 19th at 400 N 800 E, Spanish Fork in the LDS church building. As per her request she will be buried at Vista in Duchesne County.
