Ryan Tippetts

October 20, 1975 — January 2, 2022

Ryan James Tippetts was born on Oct. 20, 1975 in Sandy, UT. Ryan passed away on Jan. 2 2022 to cardiovascular issues that he had been dealing with for a number of years.

Ryan was born to Jill Anderson Tippetts and Dennis Jay Tippetts and shared his childhood with his siblings; Jady Tippetts, Jennifer Norris, Travis Tippetts, and Jeremy Tippetts. Ryan was a very shy child growing up, but that didn't stop him from making friends wherever he went. He loved all of his pets, especially his best friend Felon, his family, and living the best adventures of his life. Most of all he loved and adored his two children; Rian Nicole and Talon James Jaromiah Tippetts, and their mother Taecia DiAnn Berrett. They were the spark of his life, and he would do anything for them.

Ryan worked most of life doing odd construction jobs, primarily as a framer. Later in his life, Ryan worked as a stagehand, and stage construction for a couple local companies. He loved his co-workers, and certainly loved the surroundings of the work environment. Especially being around live music, travelling with the crew and enjoying the work.

Aside from his children and family, Ryan loved sports. If you knew him, you knew the passion he felt about the Utah Jazz and The Dallas Cowboys. He enjoyed the Cleveland Indians and watching any sport that was on, especially tennis. He would even stop and watch a game of somebody playing marbles if it was on. It was always such a joy to watch him be so invested in the games he would watch. He loved music, and would go to bat for the band Slayer, even when nobody around him did. Ryan had a witty sense of humor, and was very smart with his remarks that made the whole room laugh. He loved other peoples humor and would choke up, repeating the joke, or the remark because he was laughing with it. He had a very beautiful and contagious laugh and fortunately lives on through his son Talon. He enjoyed movies on repeat and swore by his perfect bowl of ramen noodles that he perfected, his way.

Ryan is survived by his father Dennis, siblings Jady, Jennifer, Travis, Jeremy and their spouses, his two wonderful children, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Ryan's mother, Jill passed away almost 9 years to the day of his passing. He adored his mother more than anything, and his reuniting with her, and Felon, is a great gift for them, and for the people that loved them both as well.
