Pamela Anne Farley, age 62, died in her home Sunday, August 9, 2015 from complications of emphysema.
Pam was born July 17, 1953 to Willard L. Carey and Shirley A. Harrington Carey in Joliet, Illinois. She was the second child of four children. She grew up in Crown Point, Indiana. It was there that she met her high school sweetheart James Allen Farley. After five years of dating they married on May 4, 1973. Jim and Pam had three children: Jamie Lynn, Jodi Ann and Adam Carl.
While starting out in Indiana, the family relocated to Utah in 1983. They later chose Pleasant Grove as a residence.
Pam is survived by her partner Frank Fomby, daughters Jamie Aguilar and her other half Lance Bertelson, Jodi (Brad) Petersen, grandchildren Antonio, Alyssa, Nico, Izac, Angelia, Jacob, Anson, Isabella, Deklin, and Ava, father Willard L. Carey, sister Patricia Carey, brothers Paul (Linda) Carey, Phil (Marian) Carey, brother-in-law James Krcmarich and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 25 years James A. Farley, son Adam C. Farley, mother Shirley A. Harrington Carey, father-in-law William C. Farley, mother-in-law Viola M. Malott Farley, sisters-in-law Sally J. Krcmarich and Sandra J. Antczak, brother-in law James Antczak, and son-in-law Franco R. Aguilar.
Pam loved the outdoors and animals of all kinds. She would often take pictures of the beauty she saw in nature surrounding her. She also loved scrapbooking and making birthday cards for all her loved ones. Pam found most of her joy in her grandchildren.
