Mary Bishop

Mary Evans Bishop, 51, of Salt Lake City, Utah, passed away February 11, 2017 in Payson, Utah. Mary was born July 22, 1965 to Sondra Evans and Lynn Lyman Bishop. She spent much of her adult years teaching theatre and voice, as well as directing children's theater.



Mary was loved by many whose lives she touched in both Utah and California and was admired for her commitment to adding light to the world and lifting others who also battled with addiction and depression. She was kind to all creatures and will be greatly missed.



Mary is survived by her Father, Lynn Bishop, Siblings Dana Sanders, Vint Bishop, Matthew Bishop, Sara Williamson, Lorin Bishop, Alicia Nuttall, John Bishop, Josepheve Martindale, Daniel Bishop, Larry Childs, Christina Bishop, and many nieces and nephews.



A graveside dedication will be held Saturday, February 18, 2017, at 1:00pm at the Spanish Fork Cemetery, followed by a celebration of Mary's life at 2:00pm at 800 South 650 West (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints), Payson, Utah. All are welcome.
