Linsey Carter

Millcreek, UT- Linsey Elaine Carter, age 37, passed away July 27, 2019 after a long battle of fighting the disease of addiction. Linsey was born July 2, 1982 in Provo, Utah to Russell James Carter and Melody Lyn Morrison Carter. Linsey gave birth to three children; Caydon, Iziah and Hope.



Linsey had a strong relationship with her mom, Melody, and valued the time she spent with her daughter, Hope. She made friends wherever she went and enjoyed traveling when the opportunity presented itself. She had a love for music and she enjoyed art in many different forms.



Linsey is survived by Daughter, Hope Stewart of Payson, UT; Mother, Melody Carter of American Fork, UT; Father, Russell James Carter of American Fork; Sister, Jennifer (Jesse) Braithwaite of Spanish Fork, UT; Brothers, Bryan Carter of Provo. UT; and Calyb (Erin) Tirrell of Kearns. Also four nephews and two nieces.



Linsey is preceded in death by her grandmother, Ida Epsy Carter.



A memorial service will be held Wednesday July 31, 2019 at Mount Timpanogos Park up Provo Canyon starting at 11 am. It will be a potluck style luncheon for a celebration of life.
