Lee Jay Elmer passed away peacefully December 10th 2014 at the age of 63.
Lee Jay was born to Clarence DeMar and Doris Haddon Elmer in Payson, UT where he lived all of his life.
He served in the United States Army and he retired from the United States Bureau of Reclamation as a drill operator. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family.
He married Robyn Stickney, they had three children then were later divorced. He is survived by his mother Doris Mary Hadden Elmer Cassels and his step-father Earl Cassels, his son Casey (Marie) Elmer his daughter Jessica Elmer and Chad Anderson, his grandchildren Zakhary, Brody and Rebekah Elmer and Ticee Anderson, four sisters; Linda (Terry) Jensen, Rosemary (John) Johnson, Karen (Ken) Fox, Jeanne (Mike) McCartney. He was preceded in death by his Father Clarence De mar Elmer and his son Joseph Ray Elmer
