Kathleen Boswell

March 13, 1953 — September 21, 2019

Kathleen (Kate) Luke Boswell, aged 66, passed away at home surrounded by her family after a short but valiant struggle with Pancreatic cancer.



Kate was born March 13, 1953 in Heber City, Utah, the third daughter of Charles Leo and Stella Hair Luke.

She attended schools in Midway and Heber City. After graduating from Wasatch High School, she attended college at Dixie. She went on to UTC.



Kate married the love of her life, Jack Boswell, August 17, 1979 in the Provo Utah LDS Temple. They made their home in Mapleton.



Kate worked for 4th District Juvenile Court, retired after 30 years.



Kate was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, served an LDS Mission to the France/Belgium mission. She played piano for Primary for many years.



She played piano, guitar and gave lessons on both instruments. She loved being different and especially loved the many hours spent with good friends she met in her Belly Dancing group. She designed and sewed many of their costumes.



She is survived by her eternal companion; Jack, daughter, Kassie (Landon). Son, Jackson. Grandchildren; Kyler, Katie, twin grandsons; Tyota and Takota. Sisters; Joan Radmall, Mary Jane (Wade) Wood, both Midway. Numerous nieces and nephews who all loved her dearly. Proceeded in death by parents, brother-in-law, Robert D. Radmall, 2 great nieces, and a great nephew.



Service will be held Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 12:00 P.M. Friends and family may visit from 10:00 to 11:45 prior to service at LDS Chapel at 970 N 400 E, Mapleton, UT. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery, 1900 S 400 E, Springville, UT.
