Joseph Dunning

Joseph Anthony "Stormy" Dunning passed into the arms of his Heavenly Father on Aug. 17, 2013 at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center under Hospice Care. He is a beloved husband, father and grandfather. He leaves his cherished wife Audrey, his children Colleen & Jon and Grandchildren Jasen, Haley, Brody and Kyle, all from Utah.



Stormy was born in Winthrop, Massachusetts On Dec. 22,1937 on his Fathers birthday, in a blizzard, thus came the name "Stormy". He spent four years in the U.S. Navy, on the carrier U.S.S. Hornet, as an aircraft deck director. After that he went to work for American Airlines as an aircraft mechanic for thirty-seven and a half years. He retired in 1997. Many family members and friends will remember him. A Rosary will be held on Friday, August 30, 2013 at 2:15p.m. at St. Andres Catholic Church in Payson, UT. A Memorial Mass will immediately follow at 3:00p.m. in the same church. We thank all the doctors and nurses who cared for him during his illness. We also thank all the kindness shown to him and his family, We thank you.
