Howard J. Flygare, 81, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2016 after a courageous two year battle with cancer. He was born July 6, 1934 in Salem, Utah to Floyd C. and Juaneta Haskell Flygare.
Howard married Patricia Bleggi on January 2, 1958. He served two years in the United States Army in Killeen, Texas and spent the rest of his years driving truck for Rio Grande Motorway, H.E. Davis Construction, and driving his own semi cross-country. His true passion was his family and being a farmer. He was the toughest cowboy we've ever known.
Howard is survived by his wife and five daughters: Anna (Doug) Pearson, Julie (Wayne) Elder, Machele (LeeRay) Argyle, Kelly (Ty Tingey) Argyle, and Kim (Bruce) Lewis. He will be greatly missed by his eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters (Joyce Keele, Karma Flygare), a grandson (Tyler Pearson) and a great-grandson (Mason Hall).
