Denise Larsen Hall

Our beloved Denise Larsen Hall, age 56 who lived in Spanish Fork, Utah, passed away on June 18th from a long battle with an illness.

 Denise was born on August 5th, 1967, in Provo, Utah, to Richard Timothy Larsen and Dianne Larsen. She graduated from Mountain View High School in Orem and briefly attended Utah Technical College (now Utah Valley University). On August 19th, 1988, she was married in the Salt Lake Temple. Over the years, Denise and her family resided in Orem, Springville, and Provo before settling in Spanish Fork in 1994.

 In her early years, Denise worked at Pizza Hut, Sears, and UPS. However, her most cherished role was that of a devoted mother and homemaker, a role she embraced for the past 25 years.

 A faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Denise served diligently in various callings, particularly with the Primary and youth programs. She possessed a creative spirit, finding joy in painting and reading Stephen King novels. A true fan of horror movies, she loved attending them with friends and family including her mother and daughter, Brittney.

 Denise's passion for music was evident in her love for attending concerts. Among the many bands she saw, her absolute favorite was Rick Springfield. His song "Jesse's Girl" held a special place in her heart, and she attended multiple concerts, meeting the artist eight times. A cherished keepsake from one of these encounters was a guitar signed by Rick Springfield with the inscription "Denise, you're my girl," a treasured possession.

 Denise is survived by her loving husband, Terrance Chad Hall Jr., daughters Ashley Hall and Brittney Hall, parents Tim and Diane Larsen, and sister DeAnn Larsen.

 A viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 26th, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at her ward chapel, located at 275 S 1400 E, Spanish Fork, Utah, 84660. Funeral services will follow from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Denise will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery in Springville, Utah.
