David Golden Forbes born August 18, 1939, joined his parents James and Goldie Forbes, sister Viola, brother Larry, two sons Lonnie and Kenneth, grandson Brandon on May 6, 2022. He is survived by 7 children Danny Carter, John Forbes (Crystal), Chuck Forbes (), Danette Ballinger, Lisa Mitchell (Gilbert), Paula Rowland (Cory), Michael Forbes.
David grew up in Provo Utah. When he was a young man he learned to make art work in plastic resin. He drilled out detailed flowers in plastic resin. He worked as an iron worker for many years and later as a truck driver. He was a gifted at working on anything mechanical especially car repair. He enjoyed racing cars at Suntana Raceway as well as other local race tracks. His car number was 30s. He won many trophies.
