Corey David Jacobson, age 46, of Springville UT, passed away on Monday, November 23, 2015 at his home. \n\nHe was born November 22, 1969 in Richfield, UT to Lonnie and Veronda Jacobson. He spent most of childhood in Spanish Fork, UT. He married Laura Chamberlain and together they had two sons, Benjamin and Dylan. They later divorced. He then had his son Jacob Reid with Erin Reid. He remarried Sharmane Adams Williams and his family was joined by her three children, Sheridee Sharp (Jeremy Sharp), J.T. Williams, and Christopher Williams. Together they had his daughter Kiara. They also have six grandchildren. \n\nCorey worked for the majority of his career in restaurants, and spent the last six years in different call centers. During this time he met and influenced several people. He had an incredible passion for music and the written word. His talent for poetry will never be forgotten. He loved spending time with his family, camping, cooking and playing games. An amazing person with a heart bigger than he was, was lost and will be missed.\n\nCorey is survived by his wife Sharmane, six children (previously mentioned) and his adoring grandchildren, his brother Casey Jacobson, sisters Samantha Jacobson, Amanda Burrows, and Heidi Nichols. He was preceded in death by both parents and his brother Jeremy Jacobson.\n\nLegacy Funerals and Cremations helped us by providing their services. There will be a memorial open house held Wednesday, December 9th, 2015 from 5 to 7 p.m. at 2000 North 300 West, Spanish Fork, UT. A celebration of his life will be announced at a later date.
