Cody Ralph Vazquez "Taylor" was born January 5th,1993 to Rafael Vazquez-Martinez and Toni Lee Taylor Earley. Cody fought a valiant battle with Burkitts Lymphoma. He passed away in the early morning hours of Wednesday, January 13th surrounded by family.
Cody was a friend to all. He loved music, especially playing his guitar and singing. He loved many different cuisines. He loved to cook, travel and play video games. He was a master at Dance Dance Revolution. His favorite pastime was being with friends. He had found a new passion in road biking and spending time at the gym.
We wish to thank the many family and friends, the doctors and many staff at Utah Cancer Center, LDS Hospital, Huntsman Cancer Center and especially Dr. Gary Garner and his medical assistant Stephanie Wong
Cody leaves behind many friends and family, there are a few the family wishes to express deep love and gratitude to for their love and support of Cody in his time of need; Blake Skousen and family and Matthew Smith and family. We also express special thanks to Aunt Tammy and Uncle Brian.
Cody also leaves behind grandma Jerri Taylor, mom Toni and Jerry Earley and dad Ralph Vazquez-Martinez and his wife, brother Dustin, Kristina and his niece Olivia Grace Taylor whom he adored and treasured. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and many more friends that are too numerous to count.
A memorial service and celebration of life for Cody Ralph Vazquez will be held Saturday January 16, 2016 at 11 a.m at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 150 East 2000 South, Orem, Utah.
