Christine Rampage Johnson Nelson passed away on September 7, 2022. She was surrounded by loved ones including her beloved dogs Molly and Ellie Mae.
Born January 21, 1965. In Provo Utah, To David Chris Johnson and birth mother Joyce Laurel Newman Tomaino. She loved her father with all of her might, who rescued her from a childhood full of tragedy.

Lover of everything animal- From rats to chinchillas to starlings (that she rescued and taught to speak) to her precious pets that passed- her German Shepherd Zar, and Yorkie Annakin, and, grieving her now, Molly and Ellie Mae. Lover of mountains and Harleys.
Unconditional loving wife, grandma, daughter, mother, sister, friend.
Strong and sometimes secretly weak, but forever loving her family and husband- so hard - till her very last breath.
Chris is survived by her husband Bart Nelson who devoted every ounce of energy he had to make sure Christine's needs were met especially in her last days.
She is also survived by her daughters Brittney Trower Huff, Megan Cascio (Vinny), and Alyssa Eslava (Jorge) sister's Denice Johnson, April Fields, Kristi Jones(Brad) ,Rosie Adair (Russ). Brother's David Johnson and Mike Johnson, and sister-in-law Dana Graham (Jess) Also Ray and Rusti Hallam. Rusti was a mother to her and they loved each other dearly. Chris is preceded in death by her father David Chris Johnson, her daughter Sativa Cae Wright Belliston and her step son Tyson Rex Davis. Bart would like to give a special thanks to the Johnson families and her sister April Fields for the unwavering help. And to Dr. Jarrett Hammer and team, Dr. Chris Biesinger and team. Also the nurses and staff from IHC hospice, Especially Margaret, Marcia, and Celeste.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday September 19th, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Angeles theater in Spanish Fork Utah. 165 North Main Street. Doors will open at 10.
As a family, we wish we could say her passing was peaceful and painless, but unfortunately due to alcohol induced cirrhosis it was far from that. If anyone is struggling with alcohol addiction please reach out for help. Recovery works if you work it. And you're worth it because God says so.
