Chase Edward Hood 29 yrs. died on Friday June 19, 2015 Chase was born on April 21, 1986 in Provo Utah and graduated from Lone Peak High School 2004 Chase's parents were Jacci Hood-Miller and Tracey Ellis Hood ( deceased ) He is survived by Angela Wilson - Fiance Bryton Edward Hood- Son Jacci Hood-Miller and James Miller - Parents Chelsey and Clint Jolley - Sister and Brother in law Dan and Nancy Aldridge - Grandparents Chase has numerous loving Aunts, Uncles , Cousins and dear friends who will miss him. A Viewing will be held from 6-7p.m. on Thursday June 25, 2015 at the Retired Steelworkers Pavilion in Hobblecreek Canyon in Springville. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow from 7:00 to 8:30pm Interment will be held at a later date at the Mapleton Cemetery.
