Chance Thomas Chamberlain, 39, passed away surrounded by family on October 29, 2024 due to health complications.
Born on December 13, 1984, the son of Christine Hodgson and Gary Diekmann. He graduated from Provo High School in 2003. He was a tradesman Welder for over 20 years. He had a passion and talent that he learned from his Dad.
At age 15, Chance caught a King Salmon weighing in at 48 pounds and 68 inches long. Chance's heart and soul were in Alaska. He was fortunate to spend his life between Alaska & Utah where he loved to fish, ski, snowboard and play football. He also had a love for golf and softball.
Chance had a huge love for his dogs. We know he had an amazing reunion with his dog Kenai, while leaving behind Kiska.
Chance leaves behind his Mom, Christine (Randy), his Dad Gary (Diane), Brothers Ronnie (Stacey), Chad (Allison), Mark (Rose Marie) & Sisters Missy (Chad) and Kelleen (Darrell), as well as many more family and friends.
He will be missed deeply by everyone, especially his Mom.
The family has asked for private services to be held. He will be buried at the Spanish Fork Cemetery.
