Brandon Jace Harris passed away on August 18, 2019, at the age of 20. Brandon was born on August 5, 1999 in Provo, Utah to Richard Reed and Kari Lyn (Sorensen) Harris.
Brandon had such a great sense of humor! He loved playing the piano, learning Spanish, history, cooking, classical music, playing video games, following all the latest news, teasing with his family, and last but not least, his dog Appa, who misses him so much.
Brandon lived in Salem, Utah for his first year of life. The next 12 were spent in Vermilion, Ohio, where he really didn't want to leave. The last 7 years he lived in Magnolia, Texas. He grew to love the area and the people. He had been attending Lone Star College, and was ready to start Fall Semester soon.
Brandon enjoyed working at Pizza Hut in Magnolia for the last 2.5 years. He was very dependable and hard working. He enjoyed his co-workers and boss very much.
He is survived by his parents (Magnolia, TX), three brothers: Cody (Cusseta, GA), Kyle (Oberlin, OH), and Zachary (Magnolia, TX), sister-in-law, Jenny, and two beautiful nieces: Dessalyn and Addison (all of Cusseta, GA); Grandmother Marilyn Sorensen (Spanish Fork, UT), along with many aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins..... who he loved spending time with!
He was preceded in death by Grandparents: Lynn Sorensen, and Grant and Helen Harris (all of Spanish Fork, UT). We know they and many others welcomed him with open arms!
His funeral will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 585 North Main Street in Spanish Fork, Utah, on Monday, August 26, 2019 at 11:00 am, with a viewing one hour prior. Burial will be at the Spanish Fork Cemetery immediately after.
Whether you attend the funeral or not, we invite you to wear purple, his favorite color, on Monday.
