Angie Brown, 64, passed away suddenly Saturday, May 23, 2015, in American Fork, Utah.
Angie was born May 15, 1951, in Ogden, Utah, the daughter of Willard K. and Vonda Barber Brown. She loved living on the farm in the Syracuse-Clearfield area and loved the farm animals. She resided at the Utah State Developmental Center in American Fork for the past 54 years. She was a member of and enjoyed attending the LDS Church. She had a happy disposition and enjoyed teasing those around her--especially her caregivers! Angie taught us the true definition of perseverance and enduring to the end.
She is survived by her siblings: Brent (Robyn) Brown, Farmington, Utah; Larry (Linda) Brown, Dothan, Alabama; and Bonnie (Mike) Peterson, Rigby, Idaho; and 13 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 30, at the LDS church, 858 North 900 East, American Fork. Interment will be in the Syracuse City Cemetery.
The family expresses their gratitude to the many individuals at the Utah State Developmental Center and the American Fork Hospital who have cared for and loved Angie throughout the years. You are all appreciated!
