Adam Carl Farley, age 36, died in his home June 8, 2015 after losing his long battle with addiction. Adam was born on September 23, 1978 in Crown Point, Indiana to James Allen Farley and Pamela Anne Farley. He was one of three children. The family moved to Utah where Adam was raised. Adam was married to Susan Cook (separated). They had two sons together, Jimmy and Kayden. He was later reunited with the love of his life, Briauna Brackenbury. They have a son, Deklin.
He is also survived by mother Pamela Farley and her partner, Frank Fomby, sister Jamie Aguilar and her other half Lance Bertelson, Jamie's children Antonio, Alyssa, Nico, Angelia and Isabella, sister Jodi (Brad) Petersen and their children Izac, Jacob and Anson and grandfather Willard L. Carey.
He was preceded in death by his father James A. Farley, grandparents William C. Farley, Viola M. Malott Farley and Shirley A. Harrington Carey and brother-in-law Franco R. Aguilar.
Adam's many blessings, talents, friendships, and more importantly his family were, unfortunately, sidelined by his addiction. He will be remembered as a person that tried to be a friend to all, with a unique sense of humor that loved his sons deeply.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 13th at 11am at Rivergrove 1st Ward Chapel 780 North 700 West Provo Utah.
